Each size has covered compartments to keep your tackle from spilling or mixing across dividers.  The clear covers are spring loaded to open easily, even with wet fingers.  The small size has 12 fixed compartments in various sizes.  The medium and large sizes have 24 compartments with removable dividers for customizable sized compartments.  Each box has a silicone seal to keep water out.  Blaze orange outer shell makes them easy to locate, even in dim light.
